Kristina Emma
Kristina’s interest in fitness began at an early age where she excelled at gymnastics and cheerleading. She encourages the community to engage in daily physical activity which will promote a healthy lifestyle. She believes a fun but demanding workout will maintain fitness enthusiasm. Her spirit and desire shines at Parks Plus Fitness Center. Kristina is certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE). |

Michelle Artis
Michelle is certified by the National Academy of Sport Medicine – (NASM) and the American Council on Exercise – (ACE) as a personal trainer. She began training/instructing athletes in 1994. She became certified as a trainer in 2000 before completing her Bachelor in Science degree in Fitness Management from DePaul University where she was also a Division I athlete. She continues to specialize in sports conditioning and has added to her passion of helping others. Michelle’s specialties include: postural assessments (to improve posture and reduce joint pain), weight loss, body fat reduction, strength building, endurance, flexibility, customized fitness programs, post-natal reconditioning and injury prevention. Having four children of her own, Michelle enjoys designing programs for busy parents. Michelle’s philosophy: “Train smarter, not harder. It is not how many hours you put into it, but what you put into the hours and your mouth.” |

Char Green
Char is certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). Char believes that exercise is a very important component of a healthy lifestyle and loves to make exercise fun for her clients. It’s a very rewarding experience when one of her client’s makes the commitment to incorporate exercise into his or her daily life. Char is an avid runner who has completed several marathons, and she loves biking as well. |

Sara Lindhorn
Sara has always had a passion for sports and training. Throughout her life, she has always been active in softball and volleyball. After working in the corporate world, Sara decided to pursue her dream of becoming a personal trainer to bring her passion for fitness to each person she works with. Sara received her certification in personal training and nutrition counseling from the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI). She is also certified through the International Youth Conditioning Association (IYCA) as a youth fitness specialist. Sara firmly believes that personal training is truly rewarding and results are achieved if you work hard and have fun. “Believe in yourself and all that you are…have a dream, make a plan, go for it!”

Mike Manfre
Mike is certified by the American Council on Exercise – PT (ACE), American Council on Exercise – LSWMC (ACE Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant) and National Strength and Conditioning Association – PT (NSCA). Mike believes it is important to have goals when it comes to exercise and nutrition. Goals will help you keep yourself on track and focused with your diet and exercise regiment. Mike also believes you need to have support from family and friends if you want to succeed!

Tom is certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), and he specializes in general fitness training. Tom believes that it’s important to incorporate a regular exercise routine into your life and believes that this is one of the best decisions you can make.
