Small Group Personal Training

Enjoy the benefit of a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost! Receive one-on-one attention in a small group setting. Workouts can be modified for all ability levels. To sign up for any of the Small Group Personal Training Sessions, please register online or visit us at the Community Center!

TRX Suspension Training
Suspension training works your core and increases strength, endurance, balance, coordination and flexibility.  Suspension training can be done for 60 minute one-on-one sessions, partner training and our small group training (three to four people).

Fit 45 will challenge you by blending a unique mix of cardio, strength, and core exercises; an ultimate calorie burner. Suitable for all levels of fitness, each week is an artfully crafted new circuit to keep your interest high and your heart rate higher. Buy a pass for one class or buy a pass for all 8! (New session starts September 14, 2016.)

TRX Cross Training
Get in the best shape of your life with TRX Suspension Training mixed with Total Body Cross Training. This class will push your body to the limits with results in the end!
