Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:30-10:15am and 10:15-11am
Looking for something fun and fitness based for your child to do while you get a break? Then, drop your child off on Tuesdays and Thursdays and between 9:30am - 10:15am and 10:15am - 11am, they will have the opportunity to participate in a Fit N Fun class! This class is complimentary with the paid admittance for Kidz Kingdom.

The FORWARD Initiative
FORWARD. Fighting Obesity, Reaching Healthy Weight Among Residents of DuPage, has grown from a small organized planning effort in August, 2008 to a county wide leadership effort implemented in May, 2009. The goal of the FORWARD initiative is to improve the health and wellbeing of the children and families in DuPage County, Illinois by reversing the obesity trend.
ProActive Kids Foundation mission is to advance child health and reverse the obesity trend one community at a time. Under the direction of the ProActive Kids Foundation leadership, a respected group of health care, education, nutrition, and athletic leaders, developed the PAK PLAN. The PAK PLAN is much more than a simple diet or exercise program. It is a comprehensive, all inclusive program to treat the whole child …physically, nutritionally and emotionally, built around the stability and commitment of family.
